Sorry that you weren't able to make it to the Vermont Quilt Festival...maybe next year! As always i took too many projects to work on, but at least on Monday, when i would have liked to have been sea kayaking in Rhode Island except it was too cold and wet, i was able to cut out fabric for one of the projects that i'll be getting to later this summer.
I see you have an LL Bean bag full of magazines and library books to read, too...a true kindred spirit!
Sue, it's 245 miles door to door, with no traffic, which hardly ever happens. Quickest drive time is @ four hours. Sometimes I do flit, other times it can be 4-6 weeks between visits...
And Jane, you may hear from me...running out of thread would NOT be a good thing! I have your number in my book.
Paula, the BEST part about being in VT is waking up, brewing some tea while I feed Henry and climbing back into bed with a good book and a cuppa. (Especially since I can never stay awake at night to read!)
Karen, You look so tidy and organised. I wonder how far it is form CT to VT as you are busy flitting between the two places. Sue
ReplyDeleteHey if you run out of anything call me and I'll send it to you! Can't have you sitting around 'cause you're out of thread or something.
ReplyDeleteHave a great time at your bit of earth.
