on saturday we slathered on sunscreen, put on our sunglasses
and headed out to the "yacht club".
at first i was a wee bit cautious.
but soon i was on the lookout for the white water,
(where we would squeal with delight).
gretta, lindsey and hannah,
chattin' it up, sister style,
as july slipped into august.
Whoa, backrests?! That might have been worth the plane ticket! Wish we could have been there. Way to be courageous and take to the river mom!
ReplyDeleteYa, it was wicked fun! We did a little research, and are now thinking about buying a few tubes to keep at "a bit of earth" for spur of the moment adventures. (You and Dawn just need to move back east...)
