happy may day!

spring minestrone (from super natural cooking)
multi-grain toast fingers
bok choy and granny smith slaw
(from the vegan workshop which will soon appear as an e-book)
iced peppermint tea

a lunchtime picnic on the front steps, in the sunshine.
and now batman is off to brazil for work.

what mischief will henry and i get up to 
while he's away?

any suggestions?
