i watched a very special young lady benefit from the generosity of folks like you many times. she'd drag her tired little self into the hospital and plop down in the chair. a couple hours later that "special juice" had worked its wonders... her cheeks would be pink, her lips would no longer look ashen, and her energy would return... until the next round :( hence the importance of regular donations
Good for you! One of my frustrations is that I can't give blood here or in the US, because I lived in England for a few years during the "mad cow" period. Even though I was a vegetarian, I'm disqualified. Sigh. But I try to find other ways to pass on good karma...
