Oh yes - I have always loved those outdoor verandah type numbers you have on your houses, complete with rocking chairs - indoor-outdoor rooms. I now have a serious case of porch envy!
Quite by accident, I came to have an undercover clothesline, even though we live here in a near-perfect climate (in subtropical north-east Australia). I now have this as one of my sine qua nons for any house I may move to in my old age: ample drying space under cover so that there's never any rush to take in the washing when torrential rains begin to fall, but clothes can still have that fresh smell from drying in open air.
YES!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love!!!
