I love how you placed the real turnips on the blue cloth nice adjusting attitude.....yep I'll be doing a bit of that myself so many directions my ind is going not going anywhere because of it But I must get some writing in the mail finish weeding and pruning and planting clean my house..really clean it not much else ;)
What wonderful fabric!!! This week I'm planning to work on my mixed media garden book and other projects, write some letters and catch up on housework - in that order! Hope your computer woes are over, Karen, and that we all get some sun this week!
Drumroll please: You can see the top of my sewing table!! I'll be moving my machine into my studio in a few minutes (after 5 months). Organization and cleaning and re-purposing and purging feel SO good.
Starting tomorrow I tackle the basement and will be taking it from disaster to divine. :) You'll have to come see!
What I'm looking to accomplish this week: Ace my econ test tomorrow afternoon Go to a bunch of end of year banquets Finish a huge group paper and presentation Thursday Another presentation Wednesday Econ final next Monday Finish packing Say bye to my friends for 6 months Hop on a plane and come HOME! xoxox
(Aren't you just jealous! Hehe. Also those turnips are adorable)
my goal is to step away from the computer and get out in the sunshine whenever it appears. it has been very shy lately. i'm also working on increasing my energy level... stella is getting her groove back!
Life can sometimes be a wrestling match between love and fear. We can CHOOSE which to embrace. Every day. On my "to do" list? Breathe, hope, notice, invite, love,
create, wonder, celebrate.
feel free to add a link from my place to yours, but please do not use the words and images on this blog in any other way without my written permission. to do otherwise is not nice and illegal as well. thanks.

Love the juxtaposition:) My primary goal for the week is to practice being present in the moment and getting my hands in the dirt at least once a day.

ReplyDeleteLots of planting out! And I want to sew a skirt, but my sewing machine is in dire need of a service: can I bear to let it go?
