    I saw this in my yoga magazine a year ago
    lower blood pressure...6 second breathe in
    6 second breathe out...increases nitrous oxide
    (I think that is what it's called)
    But I did it before getting out of bed as Dr. OZ suggested
    Love your dish drainer
    makes doing dishes an act of worship
