I was glad they reversed the decision, but this gave me pause: "While maintaining the ability of our affiliates to make funding decisions that meet the needs of their communities." I read it to mean that, in certain parts of the country, Komen affiliates will be able to refuse to fund PP, regardless of what the national office does.
