this is a great time of year to remember again
the skip of the heart that we feel when we find
real handwriting on an envelope in our mailboxes.

Yes, i was so delighted to find a beautiful Mary Azarian card with a certain somebody's lovely handwriting on it in my mailbox not too long ago...getting real mail is such a pleasure!
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than finding a personal, handwritten note in amongst the bills. My mom just retired to New Hampshire, and we're coping with being so far apart by sending notes back and forth. I know it would be easier to e-mail, but this is just so much better! Beautiful stamps...
