That must be a tiny pumpkin, seeing it next to a carrot and cherry tomatoes. I've always loved Penguin books and their trademark orange covers. And yum, nasturtiums! Hope that the world will feel less heavy to you soon.
I've always remembered what Barbara Kingsolver did when she was having trouble digging out of gloom - she'd stare at something really beautiful for a long time until she felt better. Her example was a red geranium, but orange works...what good company you keep!
Life can sometimes be a wrestling match between love and fear. We can CHOOSE which to embrace. Every day. On my "to do" list? Breathe, hope, notice, invite, love,
create, wonder, celebrate.
feel free to add a link from my place to yours, but please do not use the words and images on this blog in any other way without my written permission. to do otherwise is not nice and illegal as well. thanks.
Orange is such a good color. I haven't found any studies to support the idea, but I am convinced that it even raises serotonin levels!
