Karen I really like this idea a lot. I have a little alter/memorial for Maugie and her sister Sydney just died so I will be adding her ashes and pictures as well. I also am making a place for Snack Pack.
I think it is so great to have a place to honor the people (and pets) who we miss. This has inspired me to think about how to create a permanent place to honor those who we love and are no longer with us in our apartment.
Life can sometimes be a wrestling match between love and fear. We can CHOOSE which to embrace. Every day. On my "to do" list? Breathe, hope, notice, invite, love,
create, wonder, celebrate.
feel free to add a link from my place to yours, but please do not use the words and images on this blog in any other way without my written permission. to do otherwise is not nice and illegal as well. thanks.
Beautiful and thoughtful.
