  3. Could rose petals be lovelier than these brussel sprout leaves?
This post reminds me of Our Town. Would that our hearts be ever open to what our eyes perceive.

  4. I have a question for you about those brussel sprout leaves. I love brussel sprouts, but finding some hijackers once turned me off them. Do you prepare them by separating the leaves?

    1. Bobbi, I sent you an email, but thought I would answer here as well.
I just shave the very bottom end off, remove any discolored or dried leaves and then proceed as the recipe instructs.
      I LOVE Brussels sprouts.

  5. Lovely posting, Karen... the photo of your table with the light streaming in makes me smile! You have a way with turning the "ordinary" as you say into extraordinary!
